Very friendly staff. In spite of very poor furniture and dirty walls, tidyng up was every day, so it seemed that owners take care about cleaning rooms. The location is perfect - it takes only 5 minutes to get to metro and Termini station.
The furniture is poor and old. Walls are a bit dirty.

If you want hassle free and easy accessible to most sites, this is a good choice. Many buses at the Termini Station can get you almost everywhere you wana go. The location is good especially if metro and Bus is on strike because we need to catch a Train at the Termini to the airport. This is very convenient and the transportation strike on Bus and Metro did not really affect us. If you want hot water, you can get it from the coffee machine. Not all hotel I stayed in Italy provides Kettle or even Hot Drinking Water from Coffee Machine.
But the noise from the streets can still be heard if you are a light sleeper. To me, I am perfectly fine with it.

Excellent location, very helpful staff, reasonable cost. As I and my family spent most of the time in the city, it is difficult for me to comment on something else.

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The hotel personnel immediately highlighted all the good locations for visitation in Rome without us asking. Also he catered a specially early breakfast for us when we needed to check out earlier. The location was very good and very convenient! I would recommend this hotel.
The shower area could be bigger.

The room was comfortable and the air conditioning worked. Breakfast was included. The hotel was surrounded by restaurants.
Shower was messed up. The flexible shower head leaked and the drain was clogged.

1. Location, close to Termini station 2. Price
1. Staff not very welcoming 2. Hot water takes 5 minutes (seriously) to get to you! 3. No breakfast room - you order your beverage and they get a tray to your room. 4. Breakfast is VERY basic Not to mention that on our first night, our room was overbooked and we had to be transferred to another (better) hotel. Wish they left us there :-)
